(2 servings)
1 sweet potato
1tbsp water
2tsp sugar
1/4tsp soy sauce
black sesami seeds
vegetable oil


  1. Scrub the sweet potato under the running water with a brush.
  2. Cut the sweet potato into bite-size pieces and put them in water for a few minutes.
  3. Drain water and wipe the sweet potatos with kitchen paper. Deep fry them.
  4. Heat all seasonings in a small skillet and add the deep fried sweet potatos.
  5. Mix well and then sprinkle the black sesami seeds over the sweet potatos . Enjoy!


Since there is fiber and calcium in the skin of the sweet potato, it is recommended that you cook the potato without peeling the skin off. If your children like sweet potatoes, this is a wonderful snack for kids.
