Ingredients

1lb. pork (thin slice)
3tbsp. soy sause
1tbsp. Sake (or white wine)
1tbsp. Mirin (if you have it)
11/2tbsp. sugar
2tsp. grated ginger
2tsp. grated garlic
1tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions
- Put all ingredients in a large bowl and knead the meat with seasonings by the hand.
- Marinate for at least 30min.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet.
- Add meat and saute it at a medium high heat until it is cooked completely.
- Serve with any kind of vegetable you like. Enjoy!

Mirin is made from rice and can be found at Whole Foods market.
